October 2006 – upgrade of image repository to Windows 2003
May 2006 – Spring Release of Powerbuilder 10.0 v.1.18.2006 features upgrade to latest version of Powerbuilder and license expiration fix. Updated the email notification activex control to send email SSL/TLS encrypted. Added Maintenance window to review documents with no routing history. Added registry property MINDS_Profiles to hold the production profiles needed to estimate the number of pages saved in image repository. Added display of full image access table and printing of tables data to Document Access Administration to find documents with no image. Added ability to sort User table for current and all users and made Obsolete button behavior the same in all tables. Fixed Quick Search window to clear if no record found.
November 2005 – Fix to eTracker date fields, upgraded to use conventional JavaScript date fields in the input pages
March 2004 – Spring Release of Powerbuilder 8.0 v.11.17.2004 added email configuration and favorite groups to administration menu, and send/receive emails to the routing levels function. Routing function delete was added to allow users to delete routings that they own. Other changes included improved look and feel of Administration-Levels page, to tab format and addition of OCR text search to search text of an OCR’d document.
October 2003 - Fall Release of Powerbuilder 8.0 v.10/7/2003 features changes to Administration - Search and View Functions. This version includes OCR functionality, and bug fixes transparent to the end-users.
June 2003 - Summer Release of eTracker the web application to our first group of pilot users was a success. Pilot officially ended 10/31/2003. CCRC is added more departments to expand the user base. Sponsored Projects Office has expanded use to include Office of Protection of Human subjects.
March 2003 - Spring Release to Powerbuilder 8.0, v. 3/31/2003, included enhancements to improve the user interface and increase functionality: added Finish Checkbox to Routing, added Second Action pull-down menu defaults to action entered in the first menu. Set user definable defaults for Retention & Doc Type fields. Added Bold labels to indicate mandatory fields in Metadata. Added Sort, Find and Filter functions to Search Results, Inbox/Outbox, & Extended Routing History Also changes to Search Routing History: Comments field is no longer context sensitive, added Action pull down menu, added Deadline date range and added Finished Checkbox.
