Tracker Help

COIS supports the maintenance and development of the Tracker application. COIS has an online help desk system to support the users with system related questions and problems.

Users who have been set up with a Tracker user profile, have a CalNet ID, and are users supported by COIS may use the Computer Helpdesk Online Processing System (CHOPS) to report problems. In CHOPS, Create a New Case, and identify Tracker in the summary field and state the issue clearly including screenshot if there is an error.

Users who do not have Chops access can send email to trackerhelp@lists.berkeley.edu

If you have the client installed and can not login, contact your departmental system administrator. The system administrator will need to add your name and information to the User Profile, and define your access rights so you will be authorized to use the system.

eTracker authentication, requires a CalNet ID. Go to CalNet Gateway site for more information or contact your departmental CalNet Deputy.
