The system was initially created to replace the Chancellor's Communications and Resource Center Chancellor's Communications and Resource Center records management database. The unit manages the correspondence received and generated by the Chancellor and Vice Chancellors.
A copy of the database was created and is used by Sponsored Projects Office for awards distribution to Extramural Funds Accounting and archiving records for Committee on Protection of Human Subjects.
