Tracker is an image capture and workflow application.
The system allows the user to:
- index and scan
- search and retrieve documents
- route documents and send email notification
- track workflow

There are two versions of the Tracker application:
- the Client server system provides document scanning, system administration, and workflow.
- the Web client, eTracker, offers viewing, searching, and workflow for web users.
